Maintenance and security

Maintenance and security of the complex will be performed by VIYANA LTD.

Immediately after execution of the Preliminary agreement for purchase-sales of realty, a Management and security agreement will be executed, the annual fee to be specified therein.


Such fee shall include:

• Complete 24-hour security for the complex, permitting regime of entry to be in place
• Maintenance and repair of public areas
• Maintenance of the swimming pool and compensation for a life guard during the high season
• Cleaning of stairways, landings and public areas
• Maintenance of green plants and trees and lawns
