Methods of payment

Prices are subject to negotiation. The price includes the appropriate portion of public areas for construction lease and an ideal portion of the land for Bulgarian nationals. Included also is the entire finished infrastructure of the complex, inclusive of the swimming pool, fence, green areas and communications.


The principle method of payment is:

Deposit – EURO 2 000
Installment 1 - 30%
Installment 2 - 40%
Installment 3 - 20%
Installment 4 - 10% upon transfer of property title
